Lionsgate has shared a new poster for the upcoming John Wick spinoff film, Ballerina, and it features Ana de Armas as Eve Macarro.
The movie is set between John Wick 3 and John Wick 4, and in the story, Eve is an assassin ballerina who is trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma and is determined to seek bloody and violent revenge for her slain family.
When talking about the film, Armas said: “I’m very proud of it. It’s really exciting. It’s dangerous, it’s sexy, it’s very John Wick. I think people are going to be surprised. I’m biased. Of course, I like the movie, but I think it’s really cool. It’s going to be amazing.”
The movie also stars Anjelica Huston, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Gabriel Byrne, and the late Lance Reddick also star with Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves.
Ballerina is set to be released in June 2025.
