The Blue Tents upgrade comes from the Gift Shop, which is a room that you can draft in the manor. It costs a whopping 400 gold to purchase. Likewise, you also need to meet a strict requirement: You can only buy the Blue Tents upgrade once you’ve obtained at least eight trophies.
