Disney’s live-action Snow White starring Rachel Zegler and Universal’s War of the Worlds with Ice Cube will have the more-or-less honor of contending for this year’s Worst Movie as judged by the Golden Raspberry Awards (aka the Razzies).
Those two 2025 films tied for the most Razzie nominations announced today – six each. Also in the running for Worst Picture are The Electric State, Hurry Up Tomorrow and Star Trek: Section 31.
The nominees – see the complete list below – for the 46th annual Razzies also include actors Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye (Hurry Up Tomorrow), Dave Bautista (In the Lost Lands), Ice Cube (War of the Worlds), Scott Eastwood (Alarum) and Jared Leto (Tron: Ares).
Worst Actress nominees are Ariana DeBose (Love Hurts), Milla Jovovich (In the Lost Lands), Natalie Portman (Fountain of Youth), Rebel Wilson (Bride Hard) and Michelle Yeoh (Star Trek: Section 31).
Worst Screen Combo nominees include all seven of those CGI-assisted dwarfs from Snow White (they also got Worst Supporting Actor noms); James Corden and Rihanna in Smurfs; Ice Cube and his Zoom camera in War of the Worlds; Robert DeNiro as Frank and Vito in The Alto Nights; and The Weeknd and his “colossal ego” in Hurry Up Tomorrow.
The winners and/or losers will be announced on Oscar Eve – Saturday, March 14.
