EXCLUSIVE: Melissa George has signed with Conway van Gelder Grant (CVGG).
The Golden Globe-nommed Australian star will be repped by John Grant and Kat Oliver at CVGG. She continues to be managed globally by Inspire Entertainment, Sue Muggleton at Cameron’s Management, and Mitch Smelkinson at Goodman, Genow, Shenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher.
Having started her career on Australian soap Home and Away, George is perhaps best known for playing Laura in HBO’s In Treatment, a role which saw her nommed for a Golden Globe. The American version of the Israeli series followed a psychotherapist’s sessions with his patients along with his own weekly therapy.
George’s other roles include Apple TV’s Mosquito Coast, Netflix’s The Eddy and Hulu’s The First. In Australia, she won a Logie Award for ABC’s The Slap, a role she reprised in the 2015 NBC adaptation in the States.
Film credits include Peaceful, The Limey and The Amityville Horror.
CVGG, which is based in London, reps clients including the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Helena Bonham Carter and Jonathan Bailey.
