Savannah Guthrie‘s Today Show co-stars are all torn up about her mom’s disappearance.
As Nancy Guthrie‘s disappearance continues to be investigated, with more and more disturbing details coming out seemingly every day, Savannah and her family are dealing with so much. Not just Nancy’s immediate family, either, her television family is absolutely devastated about it.
While speaking with People at a performance of & Julie on Broadway, Andy Cohen spoke about how the Today crew are doing. He said the TV show’s cohosts, including Craig Melvin, Jenna Bush Hager, Sheinelle Jones, and Al Roker, are a “close knit” group:
“I was on last week promoting my Super Bowl commercial and they were all so somber and sad. I know my way around a morning show and it’s not really like that at a lot of morning shows. They are very close knit.”

So sad!!
As far as the disappearance itself, Andy said it’s been “surreal”:
“It feels like a movie. I think there’s two reasons that it resonates so much. First of all, everybody loves Savannah Guthrie and second of all, we all are putting ourselves in her shoes. Everyone has a loved one you can picture being taken. It’s just terrible.”
It has been absolutely heartbreaking and terrifying to keep up with this case from the outside, we can’t imagine how horrible it is for the people who are close to Nancy. We’re sending love and light to them.
