This is not the kind of update anyone was hoping to read.
On Saturday, Bhad Bhabie took to X (Twitter) to share a deeply upsetting development in her ongoing health struggle, and the message was short, raw, and impossible to ignore.
She wrote:

Just like that, the 21-year-old rapper let the world know that her fight is far from over. There were no long explanations, either. Just a quiet but powerful acknowledgment that something has shifted — and not in the direction she or fans were praying for.

As many will remember, she first revealed her diagnosis back in November 2024 after fans began expressing concern over noticeable weight loss. At the time, she explained “cancer medication” was behind the physical changes. A family source later confirmed she was under medical care and actively undergoing treatment. It wasn’t until last January, tho, that she shared more specifics, revealing her white blood cell count was elevated — a red flag often associated with certain blood cancers and bone marrow disorders.
Through it all, she tried to maintain some sense of normalcy. She continued working, even getting a nose job with her doctor’s approval and stepping back into the studio to drop a diss track amid her feud with Alabama Barker earlier this year.
But this latest message feels different. And while she made it clear she believes a higher power has the final word, it’s undeniable that this update is sobering.
BTW, hours after she shared the unsettling update, she also posted a touching video to her Instagram Stories showing a heartfelt moment between her and daughter Kali Love.
