The annual Monaco Rose Ball took place on 21 March, and we are still reeling over the incredible plethora of outfits that appeared on the glamorous red carpet. Amongst royal attendees were Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc and his beautiful wife, Alexandra.
The stunning couple, who were married in a luxury ceremony in Monaco last month, turned heads in their black tie attire.
Social media star Alexandra, who has amassed millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram, wore a glorious, custom-made design by Nina Ricci. The bespoke design featured beautiful appliqué detail, had a pretty, off-the-shoulder cut, and was handcrafted in sumptuous satin. It gave Disney Princess vibes, as it was reminiscent of Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty.
Charles and Alexandra’s wedding
The Formula 1 driver and the fashion influencer exchanged vows in a private civil wedding ceremony on 28 February. Held at Mairie de Monaco, it was a small affair, and the bride wore a stunning, fishtail gown by Paolo Sebastian, which was adorned with Chantilly lace and a scalloped neckline.
In keeping with motorsport, the pair drove off in a vintage Ferrari worth millions.
The pair confirmed their engagement three months earlier in November 2025. Charles popped the question in a candlelit setting surrounded by a sea of red rose petals shaped into a heart. Dozens of glowing candles and lush bouquets added to the dreamlike ambience, creating a picture-perfect backdrop.
Royals at the ball
Alongside Charles and Alexandra was Princess Charlene of Monaco, who donned a striking silver Elie Saab gown. The royal’s blonde locks were styled in a wavy updo, which showcased her diamond earrings to perfection.
Charlene attended the ball with her husband, Prince Albert, and her sister-in-law, Princess Caroline of Monaco, who looked stylish in a silver jacket. Meanwhile, Princess Alexandra of Hanover arrived for the event in a reflective blue gown with a sheer overdress tied at the waist.
The late Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, was also in attendance. Dressing to impress, she chose a diamond-encrusted gown from Dolce and Gabbana’s Alta Moda collection. The bodice was embroidered with coral, crystal, and pearls for an intricate finish, and the mother-of-one added a red feather bolero and decadent statement jewels.
