Another of Kylie Jenner’s former staff has spoken out, alleging racial discrimination, harassment and wage violations in a lawsuit filed against the star.
Juana Delgado Soto has made bombshell claims against the 28-year-old, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services.
The suit, obtained by the Los Angeles Times, claims that mistreatment worsened in 2023 under a supervisor who allegedly mocked her accent and immigration status.

According to the Times, Soto began working for Jenner in 2019, alleging that meal and rest breaks were withheld during the time spent in her employ.
But she claimed that working conditions got significantly worse for her in 2023, when Sibrian became her supervisor.
This alleged mistreatment culminated in a 2024 HR complaint, which accused Sibrian of mockery and humiliation in regards to her accent.
Though the complaint was initially upheld and Sibrian removed from her role, she was later reinstated and allegedly went on to retaliate against Soto by by reducing her hourly wage, assigning unreasonable workloads and changing her schedule.

The lawsuit in question details a pattern of further mistreatment, allegedly increasing in severity over time.
In one instance, Soto claimed that she’d been forced to miss her birthday surprise party in favour of covering one of Jenner’s dinners, and also claimed to have been denied adequate time off to grieve her late brother’s death.
Soto alleged that staff “whispered that [she] was lying about her brother’s death and kept forcing her to pick up trash they purposely threw on the ground.”
And according to the suit, Soto had made attempts to inform Jenner of her alleged mistreatment that had fallen on deaf ears.
As noted in court documents obtained by the LA Times, Soto wrote, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologise for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
But according to Soto, as a result of this complaint she’d been threatened with termination.
“Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear,’ ” the lawsuit alleged.
Soto further claimed that she was forced to undertake tasks such as cleaning Kylie’s dog house, and was banned from drinking water in the home dubbed “Kylie’s water”.
These bombshell claims come just over one week after a separate worker in Jenner’s employ filed her own lawsuit against the star.
Angelica Vazquez made claims against Kylie Jenner and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, alleging harassment and discrimination.
Vazquez had previously worked as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home from September 2024 to August 2025, and alleged “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” were made towards her in regards to her immigration status.
Though Jenner is not called out by name for any behaviour in the filing, she is listed as a defendant.
