Knox Jolie-Pitt debuted an edgy new look as he stepped out in Los Angeles on Monday, after a session of his preferred hobby, Muay Thai. The 17-year-old looked so grown up as he sported a head of bright orange hair, a far cry from his usual buzzcut style.
Knox was dressed for a workout in a gray gym tee and black athletic shorts with tiger motifs, as well as gray socks and running shoes. His orange hair was the star of the show and proved that while he wasn’t actively pursuing a career in the spotlight, he wasn’t afraid to stand out.
The youngest son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is no stranger to a bold hairstyle, having previously rocked a dyed pink haircut, a bleached-blond style, and a buzzcut look, reminiscent of his father’s preferred length.
Knox happens to be one of the only Jolie-Pitt children who have opted to keep their father’s last name, amid a reportedly large family rift between Brad and his six kids. In a more permanent move, Shiloh Jolie filed to have Pitt legally removed from her last name, which was approved in 2024 when she turned 18.
Meanwhile, Knox’s twin sister, Vivienne, dropped Pitt from her name on a playbill for The Outsiders, and Zahara Jolie, who recently graduated from Spelman College, walked across the stage to receive her degree with the name Zahara Marley Jolie.
Angelina is incredibly supportive of her family, and arrived at Zahara’s special day with her second-eldest son, Pax, by her side. Zahara opened up about her close bond with the Maria actress during a speech at the Pearls of Purpose Foundation Scholarship Mother Daughter Luncheon in April.
“It felt challenging to find the words,” she said. “Not challenging because I don’t value it, but because my mom and I have a unique, almost kindred relationship that can be hard to put into words.“

“I was adopted at six months old, and given some of the most special and loving people as my siblings with a mom who raised us on the value of helping others, being kind and always striving for growth as people,” she added.
Brad has not been pictured publicly with his kids since he engaged in messy divorce proceedings with Angelina in 2016, following an alleged plane incident.
The mother of six previously told The Hollywood Reporter that her divorce from Brad meant that she had to keep her family in Los Angeles to be near their father, despite her desire to move overseas.
“I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they’re 18, I’ll be able to leave,” she told the outlet. “When you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, and safety.“
“I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be… that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here,” she continued. “I’ll spend a lot of time in Cambodia. I’ll spend time visiting my family members, wherever they may be in the world.“
