Khloé also noted that she was in a “state of shock” while Tatum was being born, adding that she felt “really guilty” when she had to take him from the surrogate. “It’s such a transactional experience,” she said. “I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It doesn’t mean it’s bad or good — it’s still great, it’s just very different.”
