The Kardashian television universe is about to get a little bigger.
Hulu has unveiled the first trailer for The Girls: A Khloé Kardashian Project, a new unscripted series that shifts the spotlight away from the Kardashian-Jenner family and onto the women who have been by Khloé Kardashian’s side for years.
Rather than following the famous sisters themselves, The Girls centers on Khloé’s close-knit circle of longtime friends as they navigate motherhood, business, dating and personal reinvention—all while balancing the unique dynamics that come with being connected to one of entertainment’s most famous families.
According to Hulu, the series follows women who were initially brought together through their relationships with Khloé but have since formed friendships of their own. As those bonds deepen, viewers will see whether those connections grow stronger, or whether long-held tensions begin to surface.
The newly released trailer hints that audiences can expect plenty of heartfelt moments alongside the inevitable drama. While the women describe themselves as fiercely loyal and protective of one another, it’s clear not every relationship is without friction. Emotional conversations, disagreements and shifting friendships suggest this series aims to be more than just an extension of The Kardashians.
The cast includes several familiar faces to longtime Kardashian fans, including Malika Haqq, Khadijah Haqq, Natalie Halcro, Olivia Pierson, Yris Palmer, and Nicole Williams English—many of whom have made recurring appearances throughout the Kardashian family’s television history.
Since Keeping Up with the Kardashians debuted in 2007, the Kardashian-Jenner family has built one of television’s most successful reality franchises. The Girls marks the latest expansion of that universe, but with a different perspective; one that focuses on the friendships behind the headlines rather than the family at the center of them.
