Blondie have announced their new album High Noon, out Feb. 26 via BMG. It marks their first full-length in nearly a decade, with the band stating that “the wait is over.”
The LP brings a handful of collaborators, including Johnny Marr, Sex Pistols’ Glen Matlock, and Beirut’s Zach Condon. High Noon will be the last Blondie album to feature drummer Clem Burke after he passed away last year.

“This album is classic Blondie — an amalgamation of all our different influences and eras into something new,” vocalist Debbie Harry says. “This music feels grounded in the present, shaped by who we are and how we’re living now.
“It’s been a long, strange ride, and somehow here we are with another Blondie album,” guitarist Chris Stein adds. “I’m not sure what the fuck I’m supposed to say at this point, except that we’re incredibly grateful for all your support over the years.”
Previewing the LP is “Spectral Eyes,” which was initially a B-side on Marr’s 2018 album, Call the Comet, but now takes on a classic Blondie sound. Listen below.
