While at New York Comic Con, I had the opportunity to reunite with Larry Murphy (Teddy), John Roberts (Linda), Dan Mintz (Tina), Eugene Mirman (Gene), H. Jon Benjamin (Bob), Kristen Schaal (Louise), and creator Loren Bouchard. Sitting around a table in the press room, laughing with the cast of one of my favorite animated shows, was truly one of those pinch-me moments.
One behind-the-scenes aspect of group interviews: With seven people on the recording, it can sometimes be tricky to figure out who said what. But with the Bob’s Burgers cast, that’s never a problem. I can simply close my eyes and recognize their voices from hundreds of episodes.
They’re truly a delightful bunch, both on TV and in real life, and in our 10-minute chat, we revisited some of the moments that continue to crack them up, even after 16 seasons.
