“Duggar Family Secrets” focused on exposing the truth beneath the wholesome image of reality tv’s favorite mega-family, The Duggars. The synopsis of this docuseries called it a “limited series.” However, executive producers Cori Shepherd and Blye Faust revealed that a second installment of Shiny Happy People is being discussed.
When asked about season 2, Blye said:
“One thousand percent yes we are open to doing another season, a few episodes, whatever it may be. There’s a lot as you can see that we have not started to touch on. There’s a lot of rabbit holes to still go down.”
So, if the series garners great viewership numbers, then a second season could arrive in a couple of years, focusing on a different family than the Duggars.
