‘The Zone Of Interest’ Teaser Trailer
We have the first trailer for Jonathan Glazer’s Cannes-winning Holocaust drama The Zone of Interest. Written and directed by Glazer, based on the novel by the late Martin Amis, the film stars Christian Friedel and Sandra Hüller, with a score by Oscar-nominated musician Mica Levi (Jackie, Small Axe) and cinematography by Łukasz Żal (Cold War). Story follows Rudolf Höss, the commandant of Auschwitz, and his wife Hedwig, who strive to build a dream life for their family in a house and garden next to the camp. The film is produced by James Wilson and Ewa Puszczyńska. Executive producers are Reno Antoniades, Len Blavatnik, Danny Cohen, Tessa Ross, Ollie Madden, Daniel Battsek, and David Kimbangi. BBC Studios And Nippon TV Team On Gameshow
BBC Studios and Nippon TV have partnered to co-develop a new comedy gameshow format, Koso Koso.BBC Studios will distribute the format globally, with Nippon TV leading distribution in Asia. The show will launch internationally at BBC Studios Showcase in February 2024. In Koso Koso, celebrity secret agents prank unsuspecting contestants to win them a cash prize. The contestants think they are in a reality show, unaware of the secret squad of celebrity agents constantly observing their every move. These undercover agents must skilfully complete ridiculous missions without arousing suspicion to win cash for the clueless contestants. Once the missions conclude, the biggest secret is revealed: contestants find out about the gameshow they never knew they were playing and face a final challenge to win the cash prize. With laugh-out-loud missions and big reveals, this unique family gameshow is defined by its surreal, shareable content. The project was brokered by EOA Founder, Fotini Paraskakis, Daniel Thomas, Head of Format Acquisitions on behalf of BBC Studios, and Tom Miyauchi, Head of Formats, Content Business & Distribution, Global Business, on behalf of Nippon TV. Pluto TV and BBC Studios have announced plans to partner on Top Gear FAST channel on Pluto TV in the EMEA region.
Fremantle Set Jamie Oliver FAST Channel
Fremantle have set plans to launch a FAST channel dedicated to celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. The Jamie Oliver Channel will launch for U.S. audiences, with viewers now able to watch the chef’s cooking shows on Pluto TV. The channel will feature such as Jamie’s Quick & Easy, Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals, Jamie’s Super Food, and Sugar Rush, Jamie’s School Dinners. “Fremantle and Jamie Oliver have been working together for 20 years, and the launch of the Jamie Oliver Channel in the US is another exciting step in our international partnership and another important milestone in our FAST business growth,” Laura Florence, SVP Global FAST Channels, Fremantle said. “With a huge back catalogue of premium cooking shows, we are delighted to be bringing his innovative style and natural approach to food to audiences in the US.
