Alyssa Farah Griffin will return to ABC’s The View Monday, April 13, after nearly two months of maternity leave.
Whoopi Goldberg, the talk show’s moderator, announced the return of her cohost at the end of today’s episode, saying Griffin would return after the holiday. The talk show is in reruns the week of April 6.
Griffin’s empty spot at the table has been filled by a string of conservative-leaning guest hosts such as Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Abby Huntsman (both previous View regulars), Savannah Chrisley, Amanda Carpenter, Sheryl Underwood and this week’s fill-in Whitney Cummings.
The show also posted Griffin’s return date on social media, noting that she and husband Justin welcomed son Justin Patrick Griffin in February.
