Angel and Nick Carter have been dealt more than their fair share of grief and it seems they’ve learned to lean on each other to get through the hardship.
Over the weekend, the pair spent Easter together along with their young families for the first time since the passing of their sister Bobbie Jean (BJ) Carter last year.
The siblings both posted photos of the family’s Easter celebrations to their respective Instagram accounts.

This is the first Easter the family are celebrating since the passing of their younger sister BJ who passed away in November last year, aged 41.
Of her passing at the time, Nick wrote a heartfelt Instagram post sharing: “I am completely heartbroken.”
BJ’s death is not the only tragedy Nick and Angel have had to endure. The pair are the last surviving children of their parents Bob and Jane Carter having lost their three other siblings too soon.

A year before BJ passed, Nick and Angel farewelled their brother, and Angel’s twin, Aaron Carter. The singer passed away in November 2022, aged 34.
Ten years prior they also sadly lost their sister Leslie Carter who passed away when she was only 25.
Acknowledging the gravity of their loss, friends, family and fans reacted to the siblings’ Easter family photos sharing kind words for the pair.
“It makes me so happy to see you and Nick together and leaning on each other after everything you two have been through,” one wrote under Angel’s Instagram post.
“Happy Easter R.I.P Aaron, Leslie, and BJ,” wrote another.
