Ben Affleck is teaming up with his longtime pal and co-creator Matt Damon for Rip.
Not too much is known about the project at this point, but here are the facts we do know. The film package for RIP is currently making its way around town and has Joe Carnahan, the filmmaker behind Smokin’ Aces and The Grey, attached to direct and write the script. Plot details are not yet known and are being kept underwraps at the moment. The film is on a steady fasttrack to shoot with a fall shoot planned to get the movie underway. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon will also produce via their Artists Equity banner. The duo recently produced and starred in the Air Jordan movie Air, which Ben Affleck also directed.
