Blake Lively has denied claims made by US TV host Megyn Kelly that she was issued with a subpoena as part of her ongoing legal stoush with her It Ends with Us co-star Justin Baldoni.
It comes after the TV host issued a blistering attack on the SiriusXM’s The Megyn Kelly Show, during which she called Lively a “narcissistic bully” among other things.
A spokesperson for the actress told Page Six that “at no point in this litigation has Ms Lively served a subpoena on Megyn Kelly”.

“Ms Lively is continuing to pursue discovery in order to prove her case that Justin Baldoni, Jed Wallace, Melissa Nathan and the Wayfarer Parties’ retaliated against her for speaking up against the harassment she and others experienced on set, as alleged in her complaint,” the spokesperson said.
“Seeking evidence through discovery is a normal part of the litigation process.”
Lively and Baldoni have been locked in a legal back and forth since December 2024, when the actress first accused him of sexual harassment while he was co-starring in and directing their hit film It Ends with Us. She also alleged he and others orchestrated a smear campaign against her.
Baldoni later launched his own multimillion-dollar lawsuit against the star and others for defamation but this was later dismissed by a judge following a request from Lively.

Kelly last week accused Lively of issuing her with a subpoena in a bid to stop her saying “negative things about her” and claimed podcasters were also targeted.
“We can now reveal we were among those targeted by Blake Lively,” she said, claiming the star tried to compel her to hand over confidential materials her team used for stories about her because she was “unable to fathom that yours truly had developed a genuine revulsion to her on my own”.
Kelly said Lively accused her of being “ensnared in Baldoni’s ongoing smear campaign against her” and that the attorney she shares with the actor “must be controlling our coverage”.
“In addition, she suggested I was being paid by Baldoni or by his lawyer Bryan Freedman for more anti-Blake coverage,” she said.

She further claimed Lively’s team wanted to see documents reflecting the alleged agreement and payment structure.
Kelly said her lawyer fought back and won, refusing to hand anything over.
She said Lively’s team had now “missed her deadline to pursue her harassment” of Kelly but said she was speaking out in support of podcasters who did not have the financial means to fight Lively, whom she labelled a “sad, pathetic, untalented, narcissistic bully”.
She also attacked Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, whom she also called a bully.
The original matter involving Lively and Baldoni is due to go to court in March 2026.
In June, Lively withdrew claims of emotional distress from her lawsuit.
