“I always say Mac is a very unique human, being like the most famous child actor in the world,” Song prefaced her comments.
Culkin starred in the 1990 film Home Alone when he was just eight years old, going on to star in the sequel and become one of the most successful child actors of the ’90s.
Song explained that because he found such success at such a young age, his childhood looked pretty different compared to what most of us know.
“He lived and grew up in hotels,” she explained.
“He had just never really done laundry and I was ‘shooketh’, I have been doing laundry since I was a baby, I feel like.”
Song added that she also attempted to take on the role of Culkin’s driving instructor since he’d never gotten his license.

“This 44-year-old man driving for the first time, I was like, ‘Nope, I gotta hire someone to do that.'”
Hudson pointed out that Song, too, was a child actor, best known for her role on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody when she was in her teens.
