Chris Brown is sorry for being a sore loser on the Grammy Awards.
The singer, 33, took to Instagram on Monday to apologize to Robert Glasper, 44, whom he lashed out at on Instagram after Glasper took house the award for greatest R&B album Sunday on the Grammys.
Brown shared a screenshot on his Instagram Tales of an apologetic direct message he despatched Glasper on Monday.
“Congratulations my brother,” reads the DM. “I wish to apologize if you happen to took offense to my response on the Grammys.. you weren’t the supposed goal and I do know I got here off actually impolite and imply. After doing my analysis I truly assume your wonderful…”
Brown then appeared to show his ire to the Recording Academy.
“THE ORGANIZATION ISNT DOING US BLACKS OUR DUE DILIGENCE,” his DM continued. “YOU AND I SHOULD by no means be within the Similar (class).. two completely completely different vibes and genres. So from one black man to a different.. CONGRATULATIONS.. HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO FEED YOUR FAMILY FOR LIFE. Gold bless my G”
In response to Selection and Billboard, Brown wrote on social media after dropping to Glasper, “Who the (expletive) is Robert Glasper.”

He added: “Ima preserve kicking y’all ass! Respectfully.”
Brown was nominated within the class for his album “Breezy” (Deluxe) and Glasper for his album “Black Radio III.” The opposite nominees had been Mary J. Blige for “Good Morning Beautiful” (Deluxe), Fortunate Daye for “Candydrip” and PJ Morton for “Watch the Solar.”
Brown has been nominated on the Grammys 21 instances and gained as soon as for greatest R&B album for his 2011 album “F.A.M.E.” Glasper has been nominated 12 instances and gained 5 instances.
