While millions around the world were recovering from a massive Christmas Day, one Hollywood couple jumped straight into another major celebration.
Chris Hemsworth, 42, and Elsa Pataky marked their 15th wedding anniversary on Friday December 26.
The couple celebrated the occasion with family at an idyllic beach location, lapping up the festive joy.

Days later, Pataky shared an intimate video to Instagram, providing an insight into how the family celebrated.
In the video, the couple, their kids and other family members, including Liam Hemsworth, enjoy time on the beach together.
The video also captures Hemsworth and Pataky cuddling and kissing on the sand.
“Happy holidays,” Pataky captioned the video, which was set to the song Carefree Days by Peaceful Reveries.

The celebrity couple met in 2010 after being set up by their agent and were married three months later.
Little is known about the couple’s wedding except that it took place in Australia on Boxing Day.
In May 2012, they welcomed their first child, a daughter named India. Then, in March 2014, they welcomed twin boys, Sasha and Tristan.
The family of five have based themselves in the famous NSW town of Byron Bay since 2014 but have regularly travelled for work.
“In the beginning, it was beautiful,” Pataky told Vogue Australia of their relationship in 2018.
“When I met him, he wasn’t known at all and I grew with him and experienced all his successes and changes, and then he became just so huge and I’ve been sharing that too.”
Their relationship progressed quickly, as did their careers, which caused a unique challenge for the couple but they managed to make it work.
“We did everything very quickly – I don’t know how we survived as a couple,” Pataky told the publication.
“We were married and then a year after we had kids. It puts a lot of pressure on a marriage, but we came out good because there is a lot of love between us and we are very strong personalities but love each other so much. We make it work.”
But it wasn’t without sacrifices. Hemsworth has been careful to acknowledge that Pataky, who found fame with the Fast & Furious franchise had given up more opportunities than him in raising their family as Hemsworth navigated global fame.
”I want to say thank you to my beautiful wife, who has been here for my entire career basically by my side, endlessly encouraging and supportive,” he said at his 2024 Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.

“And it doesn’t get lost on me that she put aside her own dreams in order to support mine, and again, [I am] forever in your debt.”
“The fact [is] that nothing that I do, any of these moments, these special occasions and events, none of it is special without you by my side. I love you.”
