Christina Applegate has been churning out hit movies and TV shows since she was a teenager.
The now 52-year-old got her start in the 1980s sitcom Married with Children at age 15 and has been making a name for herself in Hollywood ever since.
In her 50s, the award-winning star appeared in the hit series Dead to Me, which saw her snag her third nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for the 75th annual Emmy Awards.
The ceremony, which was postponed due to the Hollywood strike, will take place on January 16 (Australia time) – but it’s unlikely Applegate will be there to accept the award should she win.
In February 2023, Applegate attended the SAG Awards, and revealed that would likely be her last awards show appearance due to her Multiple Sclerosis battle.
