The Fortnite battlefield is getting a whole lot bigger.
DJ Diesel, Shaquille O’Neal’s larger-than-life EDM persona, is looming over the Fortnite universe with a newly released pair of exclusive skins and a set of game-changing accessories.
Starting October 4th, players can unlock two distinctive Shaq skins: the reactive DJ Diesel outfit, which lights up as you rack up eliminations; and the “Super Shaq” skin, featuring seven customizable colors. Diesel’s arrival promises to bring a new level of intensity to the game, with both skins offering players a towering view of the action.
Fortnite is also dropping two exclusive emotes: “Shaq Shimmy” and “Ones N’ Twos,” which lets you spin the decks like DJ Diesel. Epic Games has also included several signature Shaq-related essential items emblematic of the NBA Hall of Famer’s success on the court and in the studio.
“I conquered the court, rocked stadiums, and now it’s time to dominate Fortnite,” Shaq said in a press release. “Each chapter of my career has been about breaking boundaries and creating epic experiences through sports, music, and entertainment that bring people together. Stepping into Fortnite is an exciting new frontier for me that allows me to blend my love for music with the thrill of gaming. Get ready, because I’m bringing the heat to the island!”
