Bozoma is hosting a trip to Italy on this episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Just when you thought all was squashed between Kyle and Dorit, a new issue arises. Dorit wonders if Kyle truly comes from a place of concern and Kyle worries about Dorit’s erratic behavior. Sutton tries to extend an olive branch to Amanda and warns her that if she does not make things right with Dorit, things could get ugly fast.
Dorit is still coming down from her wonderful trip to the Hamptons, but has missed her friend, Boz. Boz explains that she chatted with Kyle while she was out east and spills that Kyle was talking about Dorit’s spending habits and erratic behavior.
Naturally, Dorit is aghast. Boz gently reminds Dorit that yes, she is late often; however, there are many excuses as to why she may be behind schedule. Boz believes that Kyle told her out of concern, but while talking to Dorit in person, Boz is not seeing this erratic behavior Kyle spoke of. Instead, she sees Dorit as overwhelmed.
Dorit is certainly overwhelmed by this new allegation. She wonders why Kyle never confronted her if she was “so concerned.” Dorit is annoyed because when Kyle was going through all of her changes (constant working out, tattoos, quitting drinking), she never once questioned Kyle and her behavior. Dorit wishes Kyle would stop giving PK ammo while she goes through this contentious divorce and come talk to her about issues. She suggests that Kyle look inward and show up like an actual friend to Dorit.
In the meantime, Kyle and Amanda catch up. We learn that Amanda gets three facials a month, which is absurd and that Amanda is still annoyed that her manifestation event was a flop. The ladies “showed up, but they didn’t show up.”
Kyle explains that everything was just fun in the Hamptons-no fighting. She does, however, point out that Dorit exhibited some behaviors, like running late because she had glam at 2 am to go onto a plane to the Hamptons. Dorit’s constant late behavior makes her seem scattered.
It’s a good thing another trip is in the very near future. Boz has decided to bring the ladies to her friend’s villa in Italy (aka “home” to Dorit). Did you know that Dorit spent almost a decade in Italy? You know she’s gonna remind you! Maybe Florence will be the magic place to mend all relationships.
Now that she’s home from the Hamptons, Rachel is back to being mom. She talks to her boys about filing for divorce and explains that she did not realize it was going to be public. It’s interesting to hear her boys talk about the lack of presence of Rachel’s ex over the past year and they say that the energy around the home feels more peaceful.
Regarding her ex’s girlfriend, she was introduced to the boys as his “friend.” Rachel explains that she doesn’t care if her ex is with someone, but the kids don’t want to be around the girlfriend. When Rachel goes away to Italy, she reminds the boys that if the girlfriend is there, they do not need to feel like they have to stay.
Amanda heads out with her wedding planner since she is getting married on 10/10/26. She wants 200 people to have a vineyard moment with her and she has so much to plan (there is an entire weekend of activities, four parties total)! She has already blown the budget, but Amanda reminds us that she makes as much in a month as her fiancé does in a year, so she’s paying for it and he can’t have much to say about it.
This will be an interfaith ceremony and her fiancé also really wants to lead the party to the cocktail hour ON A HORSE. If you thought that was extra, Amanda wants to enter in a helicopter for a proper “boss lady moment.” Good thing there’s no budget…
While shopping, Kyle chats with Erika about Dorit’s behavior in the Hamptons. Kyle states that she is concerned about Dorit, but Dorit does not want to hear what she has to say. So, Kyle’s tactic is to talk to the people that Dorit DOES listen to. Kyle wants to have a conversation with Dorit and bring Erika along to help her navigate this sensitive subject. Side note: Love that Kyle uses Mauricio’s credit card after she racked up a big bill in the store.
It’s packing time for Italy and so Rachel has decided to pack only Italian fashion brands. Group one arrives to the luxury terminal of the airport. Boz has decided to travel to Italy in three groups to try and keep the tension at bay. She also did this to separate Dorit from Kyle and Amanda… but it doesn’t matter anyway because Dorit is…late. Sutton decides that she will room with Amanda to give her a better chance. Her goal is to help Amanda be understood and be comfortable.
Jennifer Tilly is stuck traveling with Kathy Hilton, who has left her phone on the plane. Jennifer likens travel with Kathy like “herding kittens.” Kyle is not shocked by any of this information.
Group one arrives in Florence at the 9 bedroom, 13 bathroom villa and it is absolutely picturesque. Everyone has some down time as they prepare for the rest of the arrivals. Boz gets the master suite, as she is the one with the hook up. Boz already had her stylist come to lay out her clothes prior to her arrival- talk about bougie.
Sutton really gets stuck with the short end of the stick: rooming with Amanda AND twin beds! Sutton takes this opportunity to talk to Amanda and admits to being “strong” with her. Sutton calls Amanda wishy-washy, but Amanda still thinks that this could have been sorted easily if she had the chance to talk to Dorit.
Amanda explains that what she said about Dorit came from an “informed opinion.” She trained in childhood development and play therapy and so she has seen many children come from divorced homes. In Amanda’s experience, having a mother talk about her soon-to-be-ex so openly is not a great move.
Sutton explains that when she was new to the group, she got picked apart and so she does not want Amanda to feel alone after the way things have gone. Sutton states that Dorit can be hard to get your point across to and admits to losing her mind on Dorit in the past. Amanda wants space to speak with Dorit and Sutton advises her to tell Dorit how she feels. In the end, Sutton wants Amanda to find her voice before Dorit rips her a new one.
