The collaborative alias of CloZee and LSDREAM emerged in a blaze of creative fire within a matter of months, debuting at Electric Forest in June 2024 before releasing a self-titled album and headlining Red Rocks in one of EDM.com‘s best performances of the year.
But if those milestones suggested a whirlwind of maximalist ambitions, “Lost” reveals a different dimension of LSZEE’s artistry, one that’s more meditative and introspective. With the new single, LSZEE reinforce that fact that their synergy is far from a fleeting experiment and reveal a broader spectrum of their cerebral sound.
Anchored by the haunting vocals of Roniit, “Lost” unfurls like a weightless dream sequence. Her airy voice glides through the track while LSZEE’s atmospheric production shines with delicate, drifting synths that dissolve into an otherworldly soundscape. The duo leans into subtlety, allowing reverb-drenched melodies to bloom in vast open space before coalescing around a cinematic trap drop.
