Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are set for a big change as they are relocating to America for seven months after their wedding in Italy.
The couple, who had an Italian wedding celebration last week after marrying in London on May 31, will live in the States while Callum films the remake of the 1980s horror film Possession.
He confirmed the move in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, saying: “We work jobs where we have to go around the world.
“It’s important when we are home in London to be with our friends as much as possible. We make sure that we’re together as much as possible.”
Callum will star opposite Margaret Qualley in the film which is being directed by Parker Finn, known for his work on the Smile film series.
The original film was directed by Andrzej Zulawski and starred Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill.
Dua and Callum first married at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London on May 31 in front of a small group of family and friends. They then had a celebration in Sicily at Villa Valguarnera near Palermo on June 6.
Elton John reportedly serenaded the couple with his 1970 track, Your Song, on piano. According to Vanity Fair, guests were treated to a wedding banquet, including Sicilian desserts, cassata and cannoli, catered by Michelin chef Tony Lo Coco.
Wedding in Sicily
Dua and Callum arrived in Sicily on Wednesday night ahead of their guests, setting up base at the Villa Igiea Hotel on the outskirts of Palermo. They were spotted on Friday, June 5, attending their pre-wedding party.
Among the guestlist was Charli XCX and her husband, The 1975’s drummer, George Daniel, who landed in Sicily on Thursday, and Tame Impala singer Kevin Parker and his wife Sophie. The pair had about 200 guests in total at the bash.
Dua and Callum were seen locking lips to cheers from friends and family at their pre-wedding celebrations in the centre of Palermo.
Dua wore a head-turning backless, white Bottega Veneta dress that featured a low-cut halter neckline, and wispy feathers that lined the floor-sweeping skirt.
The hitmaker accessorised with stunning Bulgari jewellery, including a choker necklace, bangle and watch.
The couple were spotted relaxing on the balcony of their five-star hotel on Thursday morning, where the most luxurious suite costs over $7,000 per night.
The pair first met when they were seated next to each other at a mutual friend’s party in Los Angeles and realised they were both reading the same book – Trust by Hernan Diaz.
They went public with their romance in January 2024 when Dua attended the premiere of his AppleTV series Masters Of The Air where they were spotted slow dancing together.
Dua confirmed she was engaged in June 2025, saying: “It’s very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever – it’s a really special feeling.”
