The Euphoria star just stunned fans with incredible weight loss results. Great, right?! Well… no. Because a ton of people are now pissed off about it!

The backlash started on Monday when the actress took to her Instagram account to share two cute pictures of her posing in a tight brown dress that revealed a lacy black bra underneath. She kept the caption simple by writing, “So quirky vibes.” But, really, the photos spoke for themselves! Ch-ch-check it out!

She looks great! And a lot of fans were complimentary, including TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney who wrote:
“You look Gorgeous”
But the criticism far outweighed the positivity… Critics quickly complained about her weight loss in the comments for various reasons, with some accusing her of taking Ozempic, of selling out her unique image, etc:
“Ozempic has claimed another angel”
“It’s not ozempic it’s mounjaro so it’s fine guys”
“Ozempic got our sister
”
“Great, now she looks like every other malnourished Hollywood fruitcake. We already have a Miranda Cosgrove. We had a Barbie.”
“I love how we’re trying so hard to normalize different bodies and this keeps happening…. :/”
“I think the problem people have is when celebs say they love their bodies and promote body positivity and then lose weight DRASTICALLY and quickly. Makes all those people that learned to accept themselves from their influence feel betrayed???”
Meanwhile, some fans tried to defend the Unpregnant star, chiming in:
“reminder that u can lose weight ‘drastically’ quickly for a million reasons as a woman.”
“Just a reminder: body positivity is not about putting big bodies on a pedestal and committ to being big forever. It’s about being kind to yourself and not hating yourself whether you are big or small, and change yourself if / when you feel like it. It’s about accepting choices, not expecting someone else to maintain your body type to help you feel good about yourself.”

Maybe they feel a certain way because she’s lost weight and that’s making you feel bad? – If that’s the case it’s better to look in word if you’re commenting horrible things about other peoples weight there’s something going on in your mind in terms of insecurity and it’s possible you need to seek therapy.”
Regardless of the support, the anger was LOUD!
FWIW, the Bob Trevino Likes It lead sporadically posts so it’s unclear exactly when she started to lose weight, but she’s been showing off a gradually slimmer appearance for several months now. Guess fans just weren’t tracking it until now! Just look at her back in May:
BTW, Barbie hasn’t reacted to any of the controversy — or any of the claims she’s on weight loss meds.
To be clear, we thought Barbie looked fab before, so we understand when fans feel like she’s just going with the crowd — especially when she really is barely recognizable now! But you can’t judge someone else’s health journey, that’s for her to decide what’s going to make her happy. Right?
