Back in September 2025, Drew was shot by a shadowy figure who approached him from behind while he was drinking and seeing Willow’s engagement ring. It was later revealed that Willow was responsible for the shooting. However, in a shocking turn of events, she was acquitted during the trial, shifting suspicion toward Michael. Now, the latest video teases that Willow’s new move could ultimately lead to Drew’s exit from GH.
Did Willow kill Drew on General Hospital?
Willow injected a hypodermic needle into Drew’s neck on General Hospital. However, the fate of Drew, played by Cameron Mathison, was left on a cliffhanger.
In the ongoing storyline, Willow and Drew raise a toast to their future and also celebrate the fact that the former has been cleared of all charges. Moreover, Willow also sends Scout out to spend time with Alexis, a move that could be seen as suspicious. Following their happy celebration, she doesn’t even take a moment to pull out a needle and inject it right on Drew’s neck. This leaves him on the floor in shock, questioning why she did this. To this, Willow replies, “Everything’s going to work out, Drew. You’ll see.” The upcoming scenes also include Tracy saying that maybe, finally the karma has hit back on Drew. It is to be noted that the episode hasn’t yet revealed whether Drew is dead or not.
Elsewhere, Michael is extremely worried about facing a potential imprisonment, despite not having any involvement in Drew’s shooting. Sonny promised him that he would try his best to protect his son. He also visits Justine at the court to likely convince him to spare his son from prosecution.
