Back in September 2025, Drew was shot by a shadowy figure who approached him from behind while he was drinking and seeing Willow’s engagement ring. It was later revealed that Willow was responsible for the shooting. However, in a shocking turn of events, she was acquitted during the trial, shifting suspicion toward Michael. Now, the latest video teases that Willow’s new move could ultimately lead to Drew’s exit from GH.

Willow injected a hypodermic needle into Drew’s neck on General Hospital. However, the fate of Drew, played by Cameron Mathison, was left on a cliffhanger.
In the ongoing storyline, Willow and Drew raise a toast to their future and also celebrate the fact that the former has been cleared of all charges.
