On this second instalment, Jackman — who performs Hopkins’ son, Peter — is elevating his personal youngsters whereas grappling with the ever-complicated relationship between he and his father. Peter, who lately remarried and has an toddler son together with his new spouse Beth (performed by Vanessa Kirby), is summoned to assist his ex-wife Kate (performed by Laura Dern) mother or father their troubled teenage son Nicholas (performed by Zen McGrath).
