Residents have access to over 67,000 square feet of curated lifestyle spaces, from a rooftop deck with an ocean-view lap pool, hot tub, and fire pits, to “The Grove,” a private park dotted with 100-year-old olive trees. There’s even a speakeasy-style lounge, The Reserve, complete with a secret bar, poker lounge, screening room, and two-lane bowling alley.
