Jackie Siegel first showcased her large family with late husband David A. Siegel during the 2012 Queen of Versailles documentary.
The film followed Jackie and David as they worked to build their Florida home, named Versailles — which has become one of the most expensive single-family houses in the U.S. — amid the 2008 recession. The couple appeared onscreen again for the 2022 Discovery+ follow-up series, Queen of Versailles Reigns Again, which showcased Jackie and David attempting to finish the 20-year-long home renovation.
“I value family now more than ever,” Jackie said in the 2022 show, before talking about her and David’s eight kids. “Our kids are growing up. We want to live here as a family. … There’s not much time left.”

David A. Siegel
David was the founder of Westgate Resorts. He married Geraldine Sanstrom in 1961. They welcomed three children — the late Steven, Valerie and Richard — before splitting in 1968. David shared one daughter, Susan, with his second wife, Betty Tucker, whom he was married to from 1970 to 1997. He met Jackie the following year, they married in 2000 and share eight children together.
Jackie announced via Instagram in April 2025 that David died at 89 years of age.

Jackie and David adopted her niece, who was born in 1994.
Victoria Siegel
The couple’s eldest daughter, Victoria, was born in November 1996. She died in June 2015 following an accidental drug overdose. The Victoria’s Voice Foundation — which aims to provide resources for preventing substance use disorder and overdose deaths. — was created in her honor.

Jackie and David’s eldest son was born in 2000. He was named as a co-vice president of real estate at Westgate Resorts in January 2025.
