Whereas Jared Leto is thought for his seriousness and dedication to his roles, the actor is acknowledging the Morbius memes and determined to have some enjoyable with the character’s “It’s Morbin’ time” catchphrase that doesn’t truly exist.

Based mostly on the character created by author Roy Thomas and artist Gil Kane in 1971, Morbius noticed the introduction of Jared Leto as Marvel’s anti-hero Morbius the Residing Vampire. Becoming a member of him have been Matt Smith (Physician Who) as Milo, Adria Arjona (Good Omens) as Martine Bancroft, Jared Harris (The Crown) as Morbius’ mentor, and Tyrese Gibson (Quick and the Livid) as an FBI Agent, whereas Michael Keaton reprised his position as Adrian Toomes/ Vulture from Spider-Man: Homecoming.
“Considered one of Marvel’s most compelling and conflicted characters involves the large display screen as Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic antihero Michael Morbius,” reads the synopsis. “Dangerously unwell with a uncommon blood dysfunction and decided to avoid wasting others struggling his similar destiny, Dr. Morbius makes an attempt a determined gamble. Whereas at first it appears to be a radical success, a darkness inside him is unleashed. Will good override evil – or will Morbius succumb to his mysterious new urges?
Morbius was directed by Daniel Espinosa (Secure Home) from a script by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama.
