“Jo W. Lopez”, a drag queen who impersonates Jennifer Lopez, was surprised on stage during a performance by their idol, JLo herself.
The This Is Me… Now singer was on stage, performing at The Abbey’s Sunday Service drag brunch in West Hollywood.
While wrapping up their act, the Hustlers actress, 54, snuck onto the stage through the curtains behind the completely oblivious impersonator, who was about to have a dream come true.

The shocked drag queen wore an identical replica of the cut-out dress that Lopez wore in her latest music video for the new single Can’t Get Enough.
JLo wore a floor-length fur coat, gold hoop earrings, white knee-high boots and a dress.
The two shared a heartwarming embrace on stage, with the proud drag queen later sharing the moment on their Instagram page.

“I have a crusty lace. I have an ugly scar on my chin. My facial hair is coming in. My makeup is oily. And that double chin… I look CRAZY,” Jo said on their Instagram Story.

“But I met Jlo today and nothing else matters,” they concluded.

JLo was also there to present an award to the club’s founder, David Cooley, giving him a plaque for 33 years of service.
“I just wanted to come along today and celebrate someone very special,” she said to introduce Cooley.”
“Someone who has been so supportive to me and so many other artists and someone who has given 33 years of sanctuary and ceremony and service to the LGBTQ community,” she said.
“It’s my honour to be here, honestly,” she added, getting emotional, “Kevin and I are honoured to present to you… Congratulations.”
“You have really brought this community together for so many years. It’s a beautiful thing, I really do appreciate it. And I know Kevin does too. Thank you,” she said.
