“This is all connected. He’s getting revenge.” Disney has revealed an official trailer for their new adaptation of Goosebumps, the beloved series of horror books for kids written by R.L. Stine. This is the second screen adaptation after the 2015 movie. D+’s Goosebumps will launch on Friday the 13th this October on Disney+ and Hulu simultaneously as a part of their “Hallowstream” and “Huluween” streaming blocks for October. Inspired by R.L. Stine’s worldwide bestselling book series, the series follows a group of five high schoolers as they embark on a shadowy and twisted journey to investigate the tragic passing three decades earlier of a teen named Harold Biddle – while also unearthing dark secrets from their parents’ past. Starring Justin Long, Ana Yi Puig, Miles McKenna, Will Price, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Rachael Harris, and Rob Huebel. Didn’t think it was possible, but this looks even worse than the two movies before. Not good.
