Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are finally getting somewhere with their divorce!
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday, the former couple sat down for a mediation session last week.
The good news? They managed to hammer out a custody agreement for their four minor children, KJ, Kash, Kane, and Kaia. The bad news? It is only temporary. Ugh.

Kim and Kroy reportedly both signed off on the agreement. Hey at least that’s something! It’s definitely progress, more than we’ve seen over the past two years since they filed for divorce!
The details of the custody agreement are unknown. We know he was gunning for primary custody at one point, but we guess that is out of the picture for now. Hmm.
And at this time, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the former professional football player have not commented on the update in their messy divorce battle.
