It’s his most famous role, but Kit Harington can pretty much “guarantee” that his kids will never see it.
Game of Thrones saw a number of actors emerge on the scene with breakout roles, one of them being Kit Harington who starred as Jon Snow.

Despite the critical acclaim, Harington says he doesn’t imagine his kid’s will ever want to watch the show.
“I absolutely guarantee you they’ll probably never wanna see that show,” he told E!News at the premiere for his new show Industry.
“I think they’ll be deeply uncomfortable,” he added. “I don’t think they’re gonna wanna watch anything I’m in. I really don’t.”
He continued: “I think it’s gonna be one of those sadnesses that I’ll be like, ‘Hey, look at this thing I was in 20 years ago.’ And they’ll be like, ‘Dad no.'”

Harington shares a three-year-old son and a one-year-old daughter with Rose Leslie, who played his love interest on the hit TV show.
Although he doesn’t think Game of Thrones will be his kids’ cup of tea, Harington isn’t letting that take away from his love for the series.
“I mean, it’s incredible to me and really heartwarming that that whole franchise is continuing,” he said. “I just think it’s brilliant. I think long may it continue.”

In February 2023, Harington told Jimmy Fallon that he was “terrified” ahead of the birth of his second child.
“You know, with the first baby you’re like walking on clouds and dancing through fields of daisies for nine months — well, the man is anyway,” he said.
“But this time, the reality check comes much shorter. You get practical real quick.”
Just a few months later, the couple welcomed their baby girl.
