Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reveal gender of baby

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have revealed the gender of their baby in a very sentimental way.

Kardashian uploaded a video to her Instagram account capturing the reveal on what looks to be a camcorder. In the video, her and Barker are sitting at a drum set, both wearing white as Kardashian sits on her husband’s lap.

Barker plays a drum roll before crashing the cymbals as confetti and streamers shoot out in the colour blue: it’s a boy!

The couple embrace and share a kiss in front of their loved ones, some of whom can be heard shouting “I knew it!”.

Fans were ecstatic for the eldest Kardashian sister.

“She’s been the happiest I’ve ever seen her in the last 15 years. I’m so happy for her. She deserves this they have been trying so hard,” said one long-time fan.

“I love how they don’t even look at anyone else when they’re together,” said another adoring fan.

“I love you can always hear Khloe cheering on her sisters,” another observed, speaking of Kardashian’s younger sister.

“Brilliant choice to do a drum roll,” said one fan, pointing out the connection to Barker’s career as a drummer for Blink-182.

The couple also incorporated Barker’s career into their pregnancy announcement last week.

Kardashian also shared a clip of her holding up a sign at a Blink-182 concert that read “Travis I’m pregnant”.

It was a callback to Blink-182’s music video for their 1999 song, All The Small Things, where a woman holds up a sign reading the same thing after they shared a kiss on the beach earlier in the video.

This is the couple’s first child together, though they each share several children from previous relationships. Kardashian has three children with her former partner Scott Disick, including 13-year-old son Mason, 11-year-old daughter Penelope, and nine-year-old son Reign.

Barker, meanwhile, shares two children – 19-year-old son Landon and 17-year-old daughter Alabama – with former partner Shanna Moakler, 48. The former couple married in 2004, and announced their separation in 2006, with their divorce being finalised in 2008.

Kardashian, 44, and Barker, 47, first confirmed their romance in 2021, later “eloping” without a marriage licence in an intimate Las Vegas ceremony in April 2022, before tying the knot in front of close friends and family in Italy two months later.
