Liam Neeson shares details about sex scene with Pamela Anderson
Neeson made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to talk about his new movie, The Naked Gun, and discussed the unusual sex scene with Anderson. This was the first time Neeson worked with an intimacy coordinator, and the experience was “a little bit strange,” according to the Taken star. “Pamela and I knew… [what to do],” he added.
When Colbert mentioned that “there’s an unexpected threesome” in the scene, Neeson replied, “That was a first. That had to be specifically choreographed.”
Neeson also confirmed that the filmmakers used a body double for the shot of his character’s lower back. “Let’s move on,” he told the host.
Earlier, Dan Gregor, one of the screenwriters on the movie, told Metro, “This is a spoiler, but he [Neeson] has a great … very strange love scene that I believe has to be the strangest sex scene of his life.”
The above-mentioned remarks come amidst reports that Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, are dating in real life. People cited a source to claim that “It’s a budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.”
Notably, The Naked Gun is the latest entry in the eponymous spoof-comedy franchise. It all started with the 1982 ABC series Police Squad!. The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! then came out in 1988, followed by The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear in 1991, and Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult in 1994.
The Naked Gun premiered at the SVA Theater on July 28, 2025. It debuts in the US on August 1, 2025.
