I’m excited to tell you about the next chapter in the storied history of Mortal Kombat. It could not be a better time to go back to the beginning! Over the last year we have been celebrating 30 years of Mortal Kombat, and this year we will debut Mortal Kombat 1.
Real quick! Let’s get everyone up to speed. At the end of the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath storyline, Fire God Liu Kang defeats Shang Tsung and retrieves Kronika’s crown. He then uses her hourglass to restart the universe to be a peaceful, prosperous reality like the world we know but shaped by his noble hand… but things don’t always go according to plan.
