Michael Bay is preventing again towards a widely-seen report that stated he was charged in Italy for killing a pigeon throughout manufacturing on the 2019 Netflix movie, “6 Underground.”
The filmmaker referred to as the report “false, reckless and defamatory,” and says he was by no means charged with killing an animal.
In a authorized letter, obtained by Selection, Bay’s lawyer is demanding a retraction or correction from TheWrap, after the Hollywood commerce publication revealed a report this previous week concerning the pigeon incident.
The filmmaker’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, says TheWrap’s story states that Bay has been accused or “charged” with “killing a pigeon” in reference to the movie he directed. “These statements are merely fallacious; they’re additionally dangerous,” Rosengart writes.
