Believe it or not, the full Tomorrowland experience extends far beyond its music and jaw-dropping production. Every little magical detail of the iconic Belgian festival has been perfected over the last 20 years—including the food.
In celebration of Tomorrowland’s 20th anniversary, exclusive culinary offerings and tasting experiences will be featured across the event’s grounds this year. The impressive culinary roster includes Chef Pam, who was named Asia’s Best Female Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, as well as Michelin star chefs Roger van Damme, Nick Bril, Thijs Meliefste and Marcelo Ballardin.
Over at the exclusive Tomorrowland Restaurant, which overlooks the festival’s stunning mainstage, fans can indulge in a curated menu, tasting experience and culinary narrative that revolves around the festival’s 2024 theme, LIFE.
Elsewhere, foodies can enjoy artisanal grilled meats, fish and vegetarian dishes by Belgian butcher and chef Luc De Laet at Brasa. The cozy restaurant, which is situated near the Rise stage on Tomorrowland’s largest terrace, will debut their new Belgian beer bar, offering a selection of the country’s best brews and bites.
The relaxing Mesa Garden will host international chefs, including Chef Pam, who is the youngest and first-ever female chef to simultaneously receive both a Michelin star and the “Opening of the Year” award from the prestigious Michelin Guide. She will serve delicious Thai dishes at her food stand within the Mesa Garden.
For the tipplers, expert mixologists Elias Belmans and Farah Soeleimansjah will offer an immersive tea and cocktail experience at Papillon’s private bar located within the Mesa Garden. That bar will now include a lush herb garden where attendees can learn about pairing herbaceous flavors in cocktails.
Also located in the Mesa Garden is an interactive wine bar, complete with a team of sommeliers, and a cocktail bar led by master mixologist Paul Morel. You can even try Tomorrowland’s own sparkling wine, which was co-created by the festival and a Spanish winery, Vallformosa.
An array of new food and drink stands will also be open throughout Tomorrowland’s grounds this year, serving everything smash burgers, ramen, waffles, Japanese pancakes, acai bowls and much more.
Tomorrowland’s 20th anniversary festival will take place over two weekends: July 19-21 and July 26-28. You can find out more about its culinary offerings here.
