The new ‘Walk of Fame’ visuals have just been delivered by Miley Cyrus, and the internet is melting down! The pop star uploaded the visual with the one-line caption free for the art to speak for itself; yet fans and critics clearly had A LOT to say.

The video opens up with moody, poetic imagery: Over lips forever in your heart’s shape lie a set of cinematic visuals-and it’s Miley through and through: raw, emotional, and unapologetically herself. Yet, the vibes were not received with comfort by everyone.

One user plainly said, “No one is listening to this horse shit,” and another said, “I never seen someone be so cheap for a video.” Ouchies. The harshest critique came from a comment basically saying Miley has “lost your touch and do not know how to make real sexy art anymore.” Damn, tell us how you really feel!
But let’s get real for a minute – the Miley fans showed UP. One fan screamed, “VISUAL OF THE YEAR, SONG OF THE YEAR, ALBUM OF THE FUCKING YEAR,” in all caps, ’cause subtlety is apparently dead. Another fan just said, “This is so cvnt Miley,” which is…100% high praise in 2025.
Offline debates on Miley’s relevancy also erupted in the replies. Somebody had to just find out by asking aloud, “is Miley Cyrus still relevant?” sparking into a whole thread dissecting chart performance and critical reception of her latest record. Street talk-wise, general consensus feels she is really polarizing but surely impactful.
The less serious comments came during the heavily defensive lyrical moments, with one commenting, “You inspire me Mikey…vulnerabilityismystrenght” with a heart emoji. Others went light, ahem: “Queeee ahora quedaré en loop con este temón” (translation: “Yesss now I’ll be looping this banger”).
Then there were some lazy-fan comments. “Bitch!! Why you didn’t drop the whole thing here?! I’m too lazy to go to YouSube,” one person joked. Ahem, exactly that same energy you give somebody texting, “wyd,” when you are bored.
Wildest moment? That was when a fan war broke out in between Miley and Ariana stans. “some1 is mad cause miley stans dragged ariana,” came one reply, with a laughing emoji and all. Pop diva drama never disappoints.
The other side sees it as a clear sell-out. Now who is to say? One thing has been established; Miley has set a conversation in motion that lasts till this very day. Artists that dare not play it safe are a force to be reckoned with. This video might not sell to everyone, but this is sheer Miley, and this needs to be acknowledged in an oversaturated pop domain.

Reactions prove one thing alone-that Miley Cyrus still stands tall as one of the most discussed studios in the entertainment industry. You either love her or hate her, but you cannot ignore her. Now excuse us as we binge the 17th time watching ‘Walk of Fame.’
