Miranda Kerr has revealed the condition she’s struggled with for years that she was diagnosed with while pregnant.
The Australian supermodel, 41, told Get the Gloss that she has proctitis, a form of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, also known as IBS.
“It’s an auto-immune thing and they don’t necessarily have the answers to why, which is frustrating,” she told the publication.

Kerr, who is known for founding her certified organic Kora Organics skincare line, says she drinks one litre of celery juice every day on an empty stomach, which she claims helps ease her symptoms. She has been doing so for the last six years.
IBS is a chronic condition – without a cure – which can see symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, and constipation arise.
No one vegetable alone is the cure-all to the condition. Treatments – best advised by health professionals – can include managing diet, lifestyle and stress, as well as medication and counselling.

Kerr also said she makes extra celery juice for her family but says her husband, billionaire Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel, likes his coffee in the morning.
“I kind of enforce it, but my husband always has his coffee first,” she said. “He’s like, ‘Nothing is gonna take me away from my coffee!'”
Kerr added that she recently had a colonoscopy that confirmed she’s now in remission.
