Nick Holly, a supervisor, author and producer who co-created the ABC comedy sequence “Sons & Daughters,” died Nov. 21 of most cancers in Santa Monica, Calif. He was 51.
Initially from Geneva, N.Y., Holly performed lacrosse at Rutgers U., then moved to Hollywood the place he obtained his begin within the enterprise within the CAA mailroom.
