EXCLUSIVE: Hulu announced on Tuesday that its first comedy special from Nikki Glaser will premiere on Friday, April 24.
Titled Nikki Glaser: Good Girl, the hour-long Hularious special was shot in in front of a sold-out crowd at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Glaser’s hometown of St. Louis.
“I couldn’t be prouder of my 5th hour special, Good Girl,” the comedian told us. “I put everything I had into this hour of material and luckily for me, so did everyone who worked on it with me. I truly saved the best for 5th.”
Glaser continued, “Good Girl was developed and honed for two years on the road at over 250 shows, and it was one of the best nights of my life to get to perform this show for the very last time in my hometown of St. Louis in front of family, friends, and fans. I already miss these jokes so I can’t wait for them to have a second life again in April.”
David Jammy of Done and Dusted, the production company behind the special, said: “We’re thrilled to be teaming up with the incomparable Nikki Glaser again. Nikki is the funniest, kindest, warmest, smartest comedian in the business and we’ve brought together an incredible team to create the platform she deserves to allow her genius to shine. Every frame is gorgeous, every minute is hilarious.”
Glaser exec produced her new hour alongside David Jammy, Chris Convy (who served as showrunner), and Alex Murray. Hamish Hamilton directed it after working with Glaser on her HBO special Someday You’ll Die and is also an EP.
Coming off two acclaimed performances as host of the Golden Globes, Glaser’s previous special, HBO’s Someday You’ll Die, earned her Emmy, Grammy, and Critics Choice nominations, as well as a WGA Award. 2024 was the breakout year for the veteran comic, culminating with her being named Comedian of the Year by The New York Times and one of the TIME100: The Most Influential People of 2025.
Glaser’s other past specials include Good Clean Filth (2022) for HBO, Bangin’ (2019) for Netflix, and Perfect (2016) for Comedy Central. Recently making her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live, she’ll star coming up alongside Kim Kardashian in Eva Longoria’s Netflix comedy The Fifth Wheel. Additionally, she’s set to co-write, produce and star in an original comedy inspired by the classic game MASH for Paramount and will star in, co-write and produce a new romantic comedy for Universal Pictures with Judd Apatow producing.
Set to embark this year across Europe and North America on her all-new The Stunning Tour, Glaser is repped by UTA, Brillstein, and Ginsburg Daniels Kallis.
