Nicole Arbour‘s very public problems with Jelly Roll have taken a legal turn.
In case you aren’t aware, the comedian and controversial YouTube star has been using her platform to attempt to “expose” the musician for… well, a lot. She’s had problems with him for a while, but they really ramped up when she started spamming her Instagram page with what she calls “The Jelly Files” in order to call him out. Among her accusations is the claim that Jelly’s team sent her an alleged “hush money” deal, threatening to sue her if she didn’t sign it. She says she rejected the agreement. She’s since been blasting the singer online, in part because he and his wife, Bunnie Xo, supposedly refused to apologize for years of making threats behind the scenes.
Most recently, she’s taken her issues to the Metro Nashville Police Department, where she claimed to law enforcement that the musician said he was going to “kill” her. On Thursday, TMZ obtained an incident report she filed on March 1 against Jason DeFord (which is the star’s real name). She cited “ongoing issues” with him and his wife, and submitted a video.

The video, in which deputies confirmed Jelly and another man were present, reportedly shows Nicole filming the musician at a charity event. From there, Jelly allegedly said “he would kill her” if he saw her with a camera. Deputies confirmed they did hear this comment in the video… But they’re not building a case right now.
A rep for the PD told the outlet:
“As you’re probably aware, there appears to be an ongoing online back and forth between the two. No charges have been filed and there is no current investigation underway on the part of MNPD.”
A separate source said there’s no merit to anything Nicole submitted — and that’s why police declined to open an investigation or press charges. But that doesn’t change her stance.
She said in a response video on her IG that the police department is being “corrupt” — and claimed she never had a “camera” at the charity event, but instead had her cell phone. She furthered:
“The first time I went to make a police report about Jelly Roll, which was Metro Nashville, the officer would not take it. I mean, they would not take it. They said they would not take it. They don’t want to get sued. They don’t want to get put on leave. They don’t want to be involved. They wouldn’t take my police report. That actually happened. They were shady AF in my opinion.”
