Sterling K. Brown reveals his racy bedtime routine
Sterling K. Brown opens up about his bedroom routine in the recent episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show. The host told him about his home and bedtime routine.” Brown said, “She liked to keep her shoes on in the shower. That’s different.” He further added, “No judgment. You know, everybody has their own thing.” As such, Hudson asks the Black Panther star about his “routine,” leading to an unfiltered conversation.
The 49-year-old replied, “I do. See, now when I heard this question before, I thought it was like what I do with my children, but it’s what we do personally.” Brown continued, “Maybe some people will feel me on this, and I’m gonna try to be candid.” He began, “I’m gonna be 50 later on this year. So, I feel like I’m entering into a candid phase. But like, sometimes I go to bed before the misses. She’s a bit of a night owl. She stays up a little bit later than your boy.”
The father of two further explained, “But sometimes you have this feeling at night where you’re like, ‘Oh man, I feel kind of, you know?’ He quipped, “And so sometimes I have a little quality time with Sterling, and it helps me to go to bed.” This statement leaves Hudson shocked while the audience starts cheering out loud. “I see many brothers who understand what I’m saying, and it’s in the spirit of transparency,” the Oscar-nominated actor noted. He continued, “Sometimes it helps me lay down.”
Hudson asks her guest whether his shoes are on or off. Brown hilariously replies, “I take my shoes off.” The host says, “Well, you know what? He takes his shoes off.”
