Pedro Pascal and Jennifer Aniston: Pedro Pascal’s intriguing response when asked about his three-hour dinner with Jennifer Aniston

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet for the season two premiere of The Last Of Us, Pascal was asked about the dinner and whether he’s planning to work with Aniston.

”Obviously we saw you guys together, I gotta know what you guys are working on,” the journalist said after asking if Aniston was a potential “season three guest star” on The Last Of Us.

“Oh Jennifer… Jennifer and I are very good friends,” Pascal said.

”And, um, and I got to have dinner on Saturday and it was uh… a fun martini dinner,” he continued.

He then joked that the attention the two received for the outing is all “her starlight” and that he is ” just basking in it” seemingly unaware that he’s one of Hollywood’s biggest names at the moment.

After photos of the pair chatting at the valet of Tower Bar surfaced online the internet had a field day with the idea that the pair could be romantically involved.

“Jennifer Aniston with Pedro Pascal having dinner!? Am i dreaming!? Please” wrote one user on X.

“Pedro pascal and jennifer aniston i don’t know what’s going on but i support it with my whole chest,” wrote another.

And a third simply shared a photo of the pair with the caption, “IM HERE FOR THIS”.

While most in his position would do their best to quash the rumours, Pascal seems to be ready to add fuel to the fire telling Access Hollywood on the red carpet that he would “do anything for Jennifer”.

He went on to explain that Aniston is the person he, along with many others, would reach out to in a crisis.

“I guess the best way that I could describe it… if you’re in a party setting and you make eye contact with Jen she just knows exactly what’s going on with you and exactly how to make you feel,” he said.

“If you’re really high at a party make eye contact with Jen Aniston and she’ll calm your central nervous system and you’ll feel like ‘oh no everything’s fine, I’m safe’,” he laughed.

“As soon as your brain just starts to go too wild, you’re like ‘uhhh I’m starting to get paranoid’, she’ll look at you, get you a glass of water, and you’re fine.”

However exciting the dating rumours are, there is a high possibility that the two were simply meeting as friends to discuss work.

In his interview with Access Hollywood Pascal hinted at the fact that he could be appearing on the upcoming fourth season of Aniston’s show The Morning Show.

Back in 2024 at the Critics Choice Awards the duo once again made headlines, this time for a run in on the red carpet.

Pascal interrupted Aniston’s interview with co-star Reese Witherspoon saying he wanted to “talk about The Morning Show” joking that “I just want to stand next to it, I want to be near it”.

Aniston and Witherspoon then joked about casting him before Witherspoon gasped and realised “we actually do have a really good part for him”.

Before walking away Pascal joked that he would “be waiting to hear from my agents”, then he reached for Aniston’s hand.

She clutched his hand with both of hers and stared straight into the camera mouthing “Oh. My. God.” An appropriate reaction to holding the Pedro Pascal’s hand.

Season four of The Morning Show is set to be released in the second half of 2025 so we’ll find out soon enough if they are just colleagues or there’s more to their now very famous dinner.
