Erika Jayne looked back at the interaction she had with Armie Hammer while appearing on Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge‘s podcast last Friday.
Years after the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was linked to the 38-year-old actor, who has faced claims of rape and cannibalism, were first linked, Teddi, 43, brought up Armie’s recent return to social media as Erika warned her not to “out” her.
“Don’t you out me,” Erika told her former castmate on the August 30 episode of Two Ts in a Pod. “He was my neighbor. I moved in — it’s so funny because Los Angeles, you wouldn’t think of it this way but it’s kind of a small town — he was my neighbor for a few months.”
According to Erika, who previously shot down claims of having slept with Armie, Armie never wanted to “eat a rib” during their time as neighbors. However, they did make plans at one point.
“He had a lot of people over. He was very social and how we started messaging back and forth was I asked him to be quiet. It was like, ‘Hey, I’m your neighbor. Are you gonna be quiet or invite me over?’ Because he kept having like, parties,” she shared. “I was real bold and he said, ‘I’m so very sorry. I apologize.’ He said, ‘May I come over? I’ll make you a steak.’ And I said, ‘Sure’ … I literally lived over a pink picket fence with this man. It is the color pink and I could see him and he could see into where I live.”
While Erika and Armie made arrangements to link up, Erika revealed that the plan never happened because he “got COVID and then his life blew up.”
“[And] my life was burning down at the same f*cking time,” she added. “He left town and I stayed.”
Despite the rumors that have swirled about Armie, Erika described him as “very kind” as she recalled women fighting over him.
“The first time I went to see the house where I live now, these two girls were fighting over this guy in the front yard. I had no idea who Armie Hammer was. My friends … were like, ‘Is that Armie Hammer? And why are those girls fighting?’ These chicks love this man,” she shared.
Also, on the podcast, after suggesting it was “very possible” for Armie to have a comeback, Erika joked that he still owes her dinner.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 premieres on Bravo this fall.
